3. Why we process your data (purposes)
- To respond to enquiries and prepare a virtual office proposal
- To provide virtual office services, company / sole-trader formation and registry changes
- To process orders and payments for our services
- To operate and secure our website
- To measure the effectiveness of our online presence (with your consent only)

5. Payments
Payments for our services are processed by the payment gateway Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.You enter card details directly in the provider's secure environment — we never store or access this data. We only process the payment status and an order identifier.

- Contact / order data: up to 36 months from the last interaction, or longer if required by law (accounting records 10 years)
- Security / log data: up to 6 months
- Analytics / marketing data: according to the retention settings of the respective tool

You have the right to:
- Access — obtain a copy of your personal data
- Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure— request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction — limit how we process your data
- Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests

- Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing
- Lodge a complaint — with the supervisory authority (Section 14)

11. Children
Our website is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. The digital age of consent in Slovakia is 16 years. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure — including access controls, the principle of least privilege, secure hosting infrastructure, and ongoing security monitoring.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, or our services. Material changes will be indicated by a revised effective date at the top of this page.
