What the law says
“The registered office of a legal person or place of business of a natural person is the address that is recorded as the registered office or place of business in the commercial register or other official records.”
For registration you need written consent of the property owner — which we provide.
“The property owner (The Living Room s.r.o., Co. Reg. No. 45 923 345) confirms in writing their consent to use the address as the registered office of your company.”
We issue the document within 24 hours of payment — the register accepts it without reservation.
“The commercial register, trade register, tax authority, social and health insurance providers all accept a virtual office with valid owner consent.”
Thousands of Slovak companies currently operate at virtual addresses.
